mand, we are really excited to announce that we will now be holding another zumba class at Anerley Town Hall, Crystal Palace on Wednesdays from 19.30-20.30 (straight after the 18.30-19.30 class). New Zumba class followed by a Tone & Stretch Class commencing on Saturday 14th January 10.30-12pm in Forest Hill!
Following a shimmy packed zumba class (10.30-11.30) the tone and stretch class is designed to target those problem areas as well as increase flexibility. Benefits of taking this class includes increasing your range of movement, improving posture and alignment as well as relieving muscular tension, especially after a hard zumba class. If you would like to take this class, we recommend that you wear either traditional soft dance shoes or bare feet and also that you bring along a towel/mat with you for the floor work. We taught Michael Jackson's original 'Thriller' choreography on Tuesday 18th October and you guys were AMAZING! Arguably one of the most iconic dance videos ever made, Michael would be proud ...video coming soon - keep posted!
