Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely not! Just Dance classes are for everybody and every body, irrespective of age or ability level. In short, if you love music and dance, you’ve come to the right place. Whether you’ve danced your whole life or whether you’ve always wanted to dance - it’s never to late to start!

  • If you’re going right while everyone else is going left, all the better, it doesn’t matter! Try not to focus on being perfect, simply enjoy the music and movement and trust that it will eventually start to click. Like learning any new sport or skill, with a bit of practise, you’ll look like a total pro in no time at all!

  • Just Dance classes are a judgement-free zone. The Just Dance tribe really are the most encouraging, supportive group of people you could hope to meet so even though you might feel apprehensive about that first class, the important thing is that you muster the courage to get yourself there. Turning up is the hard part - because as soon as you walk through the studio door, you’ll soon see that you have absolutely nothing to worry about!

  • You should simply wear whatever you feel comfortable dancing and exercising in. Lots of Just Dancers tend to wear loose fitting jogging bottoms or leggings, sports tops, t-shirts and trainers. We recommend that you wear soft ballet shoes or bare feet for the Flowetic, Barre and Tone & Stretch classes.

  • The best way to see what our classes are all about is to give them a try. Even if you find getting yourself to that first class is a little daunting, you’ll soon see that you have nothing to worry about. I know I’m biased but the people who come to Just Dance classes really are the friendliest people in all of South East London! If have any questions these FAQ’s haven’t answered, please don't hesitate to drop us a line.

It took me a while to pluck up the courage to attend my first Just Dance class but I needn’t have worried, I was met with a friendly welcome and didn’t feel like anyone was judging me. That was 10 months ago. Now I can’t imagine life without the joy that is my weekly fix of Just Dance classes. I’m actually enjoying exercise and really look forward to going to class. I never felt that way about going to the gym! I highly recommend Just Dance UK. Be warned though - these classes are seriously addictive!

I have been a Just Dancer for seven years. I absolutely love it. I particularly enjoy the Flowetic class - it makes me feel like a dancer! Since being a part of this amazing company I have found that my fitness has improved as well as my mental well being. Each class whether it’s Flowetic, Zumba or Dance have routines that are accessible and great fun. I have made new friends and together we all have the best time keeping fit and staying healthy. Thank you Just Dance!
